This winter, Devinder Singh and his partners will open new, state-of-the-art Kiddie Academy franchised locations in Kenmore and Bellevue, joining schools in Kirkland, Bothell, Mill Creek and Seattle at Queen Anne, with programs for infants to pre-kindergarten students.
