Baby sign language classes coming to North Kirkland Community Center

Imagine if your 9 month old could tell you they wanted milk, needs a diaper change, or is tired.

Imagine if your 9 month old could tell you they wanted milk, needs a diaper change, or is tired.

By teaching your hearing baby sign language, you can communicate with your baby months before she/he can speak, helping to reduce frustration and build deeper bonds.

Baby signing classes will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon Thursdays, beginning April 19 through May 24 at the North Kirkland Community Center, 12421 103rd Ave. N.E., Kirkland.

Cost is $120 residents, $144 non-residents. For information, visit kirklandparks.net and enter barcode 35608 for registration, or visit visuallyspeaking.info/.
