Kirkland residents Teresa Becker and Carl Haslam have spotted a bobcat in their yard numerous times near the Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
They took a photo using a motion activated Bushnell Trail-Cam on the morning of Oct. 1.
“The camera has provided us with a fun glimpse of the wildlife that comes through our yard, usually raccoons, deer, coyotes, possums and other neighborhood cats,” said the couple. “The bobcat had visited the yard before, but only left us with a picture of his bob-tail. In this photo the bobcat was coming up from the greenbelt into our backyard.”
