The City of Kirkland’s Utility Billing Division is upgrading its online payment system to better serve Kirkland utility (water, sewer, and garbage/recycling) customers. The city’s online payment system at kirkland.merchanttransact.com will not be available from Wednesday, April 20 through Monday, April 25. Online payments cannot be accepted during the upgrade.

Payments can be made in person at City Hall, 123 Fifth Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., can be placed in the utility payment boxes at the north and south entrances to City Hall, or can be mailed to: City of Kirkland Utility Billing, PO Box 3327, Kirkland, WA 98083-3327.

Due to limited system availability on April 21-22, payments received on these dates may not be confirmed.
