The City of Kirkland’s biennial community opinion telephone survey has begun and citizens are encouraged to “answer the call.”

The city conducts this survey every two years to gauge citizen satisfaction with the level and quality of services provided.

The Kirkland City Council contracted with EMC Research to contact up to 500 Kirkland registered voters and seek their feedback on their opinion on how the city conducts its business. EMC’s survey group will attempt to reach citizens through landline and cellular phone numbers.
