Washington voters this November will vote on a carbon tax proposal known as I-732. Environmental organizations are divided on their stance towards the carbon tax, therefore EAS would like to offer a neutral space for discussion from both sides of the argument on the proposed carbon tax. The forum is intended to provide a framework for all to vote as informed as possible this November.
