No decision yet on McLeod appeal

The Council continued a quasi-judicial hearing on the appeal of the McLeod mixed-use project at its last meeting, June 17, but made no decision on the proposal due to the late hour.

The Council will resume the hearing at its next meeting, expected to be July 1.

At issue are the heights of facades in developer Stuart McLeod’s plan for a four-story, 157,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building along Lake Street South between the Bank of America property and 2nd Avenue South.
