Expect traffic delays during Kirkland American Little League Parade

Commuters should expect traffic delays due to the Kirkland American Little League Parade to be held on Saturday, March 19. Detours will be in place and the following streets closed from 10 a.m. until the final participant passes at approximately noon.

Commuters should expect traffic delays due to the Kirkland American Little League Parade to be held on Saturday, March 19. Detours will be in place and the following streets closed from 10 a.m. until the final participant passes at approximately noon:

• North and southbound lanes of Lakeshore Plaza Drive (boat launch access will not be available beginning at 9 a.m.)

• Eastbound lanes of Central Way from Lakeshore Plaza Drive to Fourth Street

Kirkland American Little League hosts 800-plus participants during the event, which includes opening ceremonies at Peter Kirk Ball field. For event information go to www.kirklandamerican.com.
