Taqueria Guadalajara, a mobile food truck found operating at 9800 N.E. 116th St. in Kirkland, was closed by a health inspector at 3:45 p.m. June 27 due to the following food safety violations:
- Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures;
- Hand washing facilities inaccessible; and
- Failure to correct repeated violations.
