Ford of Kirkland partners with Redmond High to support football activities fees

Ford of Kirkland and Redmond High School are partnering to help raise up to $6,000 in support of Redmond High School as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive One 4 UR School program.

Ford of Kirkland and Redmond High School are partnering to help raise up to $6,000 in support of Redmond High School as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive One 4 UR School program.

Members of the Eastside community will have the opportunity to raise money for Redmond High School by test-driving a Ford vehicle from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 4 at Redmond High School, 17272 N.E. 104th St., Redmond.

For every person who test-drives a select new Ford vehicle at this one-day event, Ford Motor Company and Ford of Kirkland will donate $20 to Redmond High School. Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. Limit one test-drive per household.

An on-site bake sale also will be offered during the event.

The funds raised will help cover football activities fees for students whose families are unable to pay.

Through previous Drive One 4 UR School events, Ford of Kirkland has helped raise nearly $9,000 for local high schools and is looking forward to further supporting the KingCo conference.
