Friends of Youth will hold its “Race to the Top” fundraising event from 7-8 p.m. at Heritage Hall in Kirkland.

The event is to raise funds for the organization’s Housing Our Future capital campaign, for which it is 93 percent to its goal.

Hosts include Friends of Youth CEO Terry Pottmeyer and former Kirkland Mayor Joan McBride.
