The Houghton Community Council will continue discussing the draft Lakeview Neighborhood Plan and related code amendments on at 7 p.m. March 14 in the Kirkland City Hall Council Chambers.

The HCC will discuss revisions to the draft Plan and proposed code amendments related to the PR zones, new regulations for the PLA 3A and Yarrow Bay Business YBD 2 zones and an outline for the new Design Guidelines for the Yarrow Bay Business District.
