King County Councilmember Jane Hague has been endorsed by members of the Bellevue City Council. Of the five members endorsing in the race, three back Hague including Deputy Mayor Kevin Wallace, former mayor and current Councilmember Conrad Lee and Councilmember Jennifer Robertson.
“Jane is a remarkable advocate for the Eastside. She is a strong, independent voice who is driven to deliver real results for her district,” Wallace said.
“Bellevue is lucky to have Jane on the county council,” Lee said. “She is a leader we can trust to protect our neighborhoods, jobs and quality of life.”
“I am proud to be the Eastside’s Advocate and will continue to work across party lines to deliver results for Bellevue and communities across the Eastside,” Hague said.
Jane Hague has been endorsed by a broad, bipartisan group including democrats and republicans, business and labor, law enforcement and firefighters and mayors and city councilmembers from around the region.
Jane Hague represents District 6, which includes the communities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Beaux Arts, Woodinville, and Yarrow Point.
