The Juanita Junior Rebels varsity football team defeated the Bellevue Wolverines during the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association championship game with a score of 22-12 on Nov. 16.

This is the second year in a row that the Rebels have taken the championship.

The Juanita Junior Rebels include Brighton Maughan, JD Worcester, Diego Moctezuma, Bradley Cagle, Cody Wilson, Ryan Clifford, Jayson Schroeder, Tyr Andrews, Taylor Peterson, Ricky Peacock, Sunny Sarkar, Cole Thomas, Joseph O’Hanlon, Anthony Black, Reagan Stubb, John Nascimento, Patrick McCumber, Tom Skoczylas, Cade Peacock and Jacob Smith.  Coaches for the Junior Rebels Varsity team are Head Coach Maurice Peacock and Assistant Coaches, Mark O’Hanlon, Greg Paribello, Tim Peacock, Mark Peterson, Brett Menear, Drew Maughan and Brad Burmester.
