Between Sept. 29 – Oct. 5, there were 156 traffic incidents, 19 traffic accidents, four DUIs, 28 general traffic incidents, three incidents involving illegal drugs, 33 alarm calls, nine abandoned vehicles, six burglaries, 11 incidents of fraud, 12 civil incidents, seven cases of harassment, 17 thefts, nine vehicle prowls, one vehicle theft, five warrants served, 14 noise complaints, three animal calls, eight incidents of domestic violence, 10 disturbances, four sex offenses, 11 hit and runs and 21 incidents involving at least one arrest.

Sept. 29

DUI: 1:45 a.m., 12200 block of 131st Place NE; A 28-year-old man was stopped for improper lane travel, and showed signs of impairment. He provided a breath sample of .267 and was arrested for DUI.

DUI: 2:16 a.m., 14100 block of Juanita Woodinville Way NE; A 31-year-old Issaquah man was arrested for DUI after driving his vehicle without headlights.

DUI: 2:22 a.m., 12800 block of 120th Ave. NE; A 21-year-old man was arrested for DUI after hitting the ER sign at EvergreenHealth with his Acura Integra. The man performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and provided a breath sample of .181. He was booked and released.

Warrant arrest: 6:29 p.m., 12400 block of 116th Ave. NE; A 23-year-old homeless man was identified by officers as having an outstanding warrant out of the Bothell Police Department. The man was taken into custody.

Sept. 30

False information: 5:27 a.m., 12800 block of 126th Way NE; A 49-year-old woman was charged with false reporting after she reported her 2013 Mercedes GL 320 as stolen. It was discovered that her 15-year-old son had taken the vehicle, and was then a victim of a carjacking in Seattle. When recontacted, she admitted she lied and knew her son had the vehicle.

Assault: 7 p.m., 13000 block of NE 70th Place; A 20-year-old Kenmore man and a 21-year-old Duvall man were arrested after assaulting a 26-year-old Kirkland man with their skateboards.

Theft: 8:03 p.m., 12400 block of Totem Lake Blvd. NE; A 35-year-old man was arrested for 3rd degree theft after shoplifting baseball cards from the Totem Lake Rite Aid.

Minor, liquor violation: 8:59 p.m., 12000 block of NE 80th St.; A juvenile male was arrested for being a MIC (minor in consumption) and obstruction after he was contacted at the Lake Washington High School football game showing signs of alcohol consumption and smelling of alcohol. The male later physically resisted being detained, and was taken into custody and transported to King County Youth Corrections.

Oct. 1

Warrant arrest: 11:48 p.m., 12100 block of Southbound I-405; A 48-year-old man was stopped and found to have an outstanding King County Sheriff Office warrant for driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was arrested and booked into SCORE.

Oct. 3

Domestic violence: 3:50 p.m., 11700 block of NE 131st Place; A 32-year-old man and his 25-year-old girlfriend of four months got into an argument about finances. During the argument, the man told the woman to leave the apartment they share. The woman refused and proceeded to grab onto the man’s genitalia, pulling them downward and causing pain. The man stepped back and the woman grabbed onto them again. The man sustained a cut with some visible blood and serious redness in this area of his body. The woman was taken into custody for 4th degree assault, domestic violence.

Oct. 4

Assault: 10:59 a.m., 10000 block of NE 137th St.; A 66-year-old Bothell man had the keys stolen from the ignition of his car by an acquaintance. When the suspect tried to leave in his own car, the man grabbed onto the car, would not let go and was dragged several feet. The man had a scrape on his left hand. The suspect left before officers arrived.
