King County Executive orders flags lowered in honor of Sen. Andy Hill

King County Executive Dow Constantine has ordered flags lowered to half-staff at all King County facilities in honor of state Sen. Andy Hill of Redmond. The lawmaker died on Oct. 31 after battling lung cancer.

Flags will be lowered at King County buildings on Monday, Nov. 14. A memorial service for Sen. Hill is set for today at 2 p.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church in Redmond.

There will also be a memorial service conducted by the Washington State Senate on Monday, Nov. 14 at 12:15 p.m. in the Senate Chambers at the State Capitol in Olympia.
