The city of Kirkland will hold a business recycling collection event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, June 13 in the Totem Lake Malls parking lot north of Key Bank).

Recycle your items that are not normally accepted during your weekly recycling collection service. Only the following items will be accepted during the event: cardboard (non-waxed or coated, flattened), confidential material shredding, scrap metal, electronics, CDs, floppy disks, video tapes, cell phones, plastics, toner, inkjet, printer cartridges, computer peripherals, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, wood pallets and untreated scrap wood.
