King County Councilmember Jane Hague has been endorsed by the Kirkland Professional Firefighters IAFF local 2545.

In its endorsement, Local 2545 said, “Hague has long been a friend to Kirkland Firefighters, the Kirkland community and public safety as a whole.”

“It’s an honor to have the support of the brave men and women who help keep Kirkland safe,” Hague said. “I will continue to fight for the resources needed to keep Kirkland, the Eastside and all of King County safe.”

Jane Hague represents District 6, which includes the communities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Beaux Arts, Woodinville, and Yarrow Point.
