Kirkland police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to five teenage girls in Kirkland’s Bridle Trails neighborhood Aug. 25.
The first exposing incident occurred in the 13000 block of N.E. 70th Place around 6:15 p.m.
The unknown male believed to be in his 20’s to 40’s, exposed himself to three girls between the ages of 14-15 who were walking along N.E. 70 Place, police say.
A few minutes later, two 15-year-old girls were walking in the 7000 block of 130th Ave. N.E. when the suspect – believed to be the same man – ran up to them from behind and deliberately bumped into one of the girls while exposing himself, according to Kirkland police.
When the girls realized what was happening, they immediately ran home and reported the incident. A Kirkland K-9 track was conducted but the suspect was not located.
Police have released three sketches of the man, described as a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a slim build, dark brown eyes, dark, bushy eyebrows, short reddish-brown hair, unshaven with a possible goatee.
He was wearing a dark hoodie with a light shirt underneath, long khaki camo-print shorts, tan belt, and white “ear bud” headphones.Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact the Kirkland Police Department Tip Line at 425-587-3515.
