Kirkland resident Mullet named to Emerald Heights Board of Directors

Kirkland resident and financial expert Scott Mullet has recently been elected to serve on the Emerald Heights Board of Directors.

Kirkland resident and financial expert Scott Mullet has recently been elected to serve on the Emerald Heights Board of Directors.

Mullet has more than 20 years of financial expertise. He is currently the Senior Vice President and Principal at GW Capital, Inc., an employee-owned institutional focused investment firm. Mullet brings a wealth of finance and portfolio management experience to the Board culminating from his more than 20 years of investment experience. He is also President of the First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue Foundation.

Mullet is just one of three local leaders that have recently joined the board of directors, which also announced changes in the roster of officers.

As a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, the board members are a critical part of the Emerald Heights’ innovative developments. Currently, Emerald Heights is undergoing a $60 million campus renovation. The renovation includes a new apartment building that will open this fall, in addition to a fitness center specifically designed for seniors, an auditorium, a new restaurant-style dining venue and improvements to other common areas.
