Kirkland STEM School student wins award at science and engineering fair

The STEM school dominated at the Central Sound Regional Science and Engineering Fair the weekend of March 8-9, taking home 14 awards, and placing in six of the seven categories in which they competed.

The STEM school dominated at the Central Sound Regional Science and Engineering Fair the weekend of March 8-9, taking home 14 awards, and placing in six of the seven categories in which they competed.

Kirkland resident and junior Jeremy Harrison won in the category Inspiring Excellence.

All of the students who competed get an automatic invitation to compete at the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair at Bremerton High School on April 5.
