The Lake Washington United Methodist Church in Kirkland raised 2,928 pounds of food as part of a competition between Methdist churches in Seattle and New England to coincide with the Super Bowl.

The Lake Washington United Methodist Church in Kirkland raised 2,928 pounds of food as part of a competition between Methdist churches in Seattle and New England to coincide with the Super Bowl. The group even made a huge “12” from donated Macaroni and Cheese boxes.

The Seahawks may have lost the game but the food drive will benefit hungry families on the Eastside through Hopelink.
