Learn about Kirkland City programs, services during Neighborhood University

Current Kirkland residents, as well as residents in the annexation neighborhoods are invited to celebrate and welcome Kirkland’s neighborhoods during the Neighborhood University event, which runs from 6-9 p.m. May 11 in the Juanita Elementary School cafeteria, 9635 Northeast 132nd St. The Kirkland City Council will provide free pizza.
