The Lake Washington High School PTSA has announced that Loann Nguyen, McKenzie Granston, Sarah Rose Shuer, and Hugo Pontes are the recipients of the 2016 Sheeley Scholarship Award.

The PTSA scholarship is named in honor of a former school counselor, Louise Sheeley, and recognizes students for outstanding achievements in school and in the community.

The scholars will each receive $1,000 toward their college tuition. All four are bound for the University of Washington, and Granston will attend the Foster School of Business.
