MEOW cat rescue in Kirkland is hosting its annual Holiday Bazaar and Open House event on Dec. 4.

Shop for your two-legged and four-legged friends and catch up with other MEOW supporters, volunteers and feline residents, all to benefit MEOW Cat Rescue.

This year the craft bazaar and bake sale will be held from 2-5 p.m. Dec. 4 at the former Studio East building, located at 402 6th St. S., about three blocks north of the shelter. It’s a larger space, which means more beautiful hand-crafted items will be for sale.

Santa will be available for photos with your children or pets for just $5.

MEOW will host an Open House at the shelter at the same time. Please drop by and celebrate the joys of the season with the community (resident felines included).

The public is encouraged to bring a pet food donation for the organization’s AniMeals program to help the pets of needy families in the Kirkland community, to be distributed by Kirkland Hopelink.
