Between Sept. 11-18, there were 235 traffic incidents, 42 traffic accidents, seven DUIs, 25 general traffic incidents, 36 alarm calls, seven abandoned vehicles, nine burglaries, 12 incidents of fraud, 13 civil incidents, four cases of harassment, 14 thefts, 12 vehicle prowls, seven vehicle thefts, seven warrants served, 24 noise complaints, eight animal calls, 20 incidents of domestic violence, six incidents of malicious mischief, one rape, one fireworks complaints, 16 disturbances, one trespass, two sex offenses, one assault, two hit and run and 28 incidents involving at least one arrest.

 

Sept. 17

Assault: 4:53 a.m., 1600 block of 1st St. A 29-year-old woman was arrested after she violated a no-contact order with her 29-year-old boyfriend by staying at his place. Police were later called after she assaulted her boyfriend while he was holding their 14-month old child, then took his vehicle and drove off. She later returned and was taken into custody by officers.

Sept. 15

Assault: 2:08 p.m., 8800 block of NE 139th St. A 60-year-old woman began throwing items around the kitchen belonging to her 46-year-old female roommate. She then started assaulting her roommate and was arrested and booked for assault fourth degree domestic violence.

Theft: 10:20 a.m., 11200 block of NE 124th St. A 56-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting a pair of reading glasses. He was trespassed for one year from QFC, processed and then released from the Kirkland Jail.

Warrant: 1:30 a.m., 100 block of Lake St. A 30-year-old man was contacted and arrested for his felony harassment warrant out of Seattle and booked into the King County Jail.

Sept. 14

Assault: 8:01 p.m., 10600 block of NE 133rd Pl. A 48-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence against a 38-year-old woman in the presence of an eight-year-old girl.

Sept. 13

Assault: 7:45 p.m., 12300 block of NE 73rd Pl. Several family members got into a fight over a long-term dispute that was “aggravated” over a disagreement involving a blender and a cell phone. A 19-year-old woman was arrested after assaulting her 65-year-old mother and 15-year-old sister. Her mother was arrested after assaulting her 61-year-old husband.

Assault: 11:26 a.m., 11600 NE block of 132nd St. A 14-year-old boy was arrested and booked for assaulting an unnamed female victim by punching, pushing and kicking her.

Sept. 12

Theft: 10 a.m., undisclosed address. A 35-year-old man was arrested after a woman reported someone had stolen her phone. The suspect returned to the parking lot outside of the bar where friends identified him and attempted to stop him. The suspect threw the phone into a bush while he was running away.

Malicious mischief: 4:15 p.m., 13000 block of 123rd Ln NE. A 19-year-old woman sent messages to a man about damaging his car because she was pregnant and he was leaving for the military in October. She was arrested for malicious mischief.

Sept. 11

Theft: 1:25 p.m., 15 Lake Street. A 28-year-old man was arrested after stealing $300 in cash from a downtown salon.
