A new round of results from from the state-wide primary election were posted by King and Snohomish Counties on Wednesday afternoon.
The contests include 1st District House and Senate Legislative seats and Proposition No. 1 which, if passed, would increase the number of board members in the Public Hospital District No. 2 from five to seven. The top two candidates from the primary, regardless of part affiliation, will advance to the general election in November.
Districts 45, 46 and 48 positions had two or fewer candidates running and were not included in the primary vote.

- Guy Palumbo – 30.12% (5,040 – votes)
- Luis Moscoso – 29.67% (4,964 – votes)

- Neil Thannisch – 23.07%
- Brian M. Travis – 15.66%
- Kazuaki (Kaz) Sugiyama- 10.79%
1st District House of Representatives Position 2
- Jim Langston – 40.22%
- Shelley Kloba – 32.10%
- Darshan Rauniyar – 12.49%
- Kyoko Matsumoto Wright – 10.28%
- Aaron Moreau-Cook – 6.70%
