The Lake Washington School District community is invited to a grand opening celebration at John Muir Elementary from 5-6 p.m. March 7 at 14012 132nd Ave. N.E., Kirkland.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kirkland City Council and LWSD superintendent, plus tours of the new building, cake and music performed by the Juanita High School Pep Band.
