Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Kirkland is hosting the Tent City 4 homeless encampment through Oct. 31.

The church invites faith groups, community organizations, and other interested parties to prepare and serve an evening meal for the residents of Tent City during the upcoming months. Providing a meal is a great chance for fellowship between your group and the residents of Tent City, and supports residents in their efforts to save money and move towards self sufficiency.

The current economic situation means many in the community are struggling to find affordable housing. Holy Spirit Lutheran Church currently has many open spots on the meal calendar; the meal you provide will make a difference.
