The Kirkland Teen Union Building will be the place for teas, conversation and Bingo starting at 3 p.m. on May 21. The event is free to the public.

The first hour and a half will give participants a chance to taste and learn about a variety of teas from around the world, including how they are prepared and the history behind traditional teas.

KTUB’s Diversity Coordinator Natasha Gupta will also be demonstrating the traditional way of making Indian Chai including Cardamom, Ginger and Spice types.

Bingo will follow from 5-6 p.m.

KTUB is located at 348 N Kirkland Avenue in downtown Kirkland.
