Valparaiso University recently graduated Kirkland resident Andrew Freiheit, who received a Juris Doctorate degree.

Valparaiso University is a comprehensive university with a Lutheran heritage that enrolls nearly 4,000 students on its campus 55 miles southeast of Chicago. It has been identified as one of the top master’s-level institutions in the Midwest by U.S. News & World Report magazine for the past 20 years, is regularly cited for its value and was named by the magazine as a university “everyone should be watching.”
