Between May 5 – May 11, there were 211 traffic incidents, 13 traffic accidents, two DUIs, 23 general traffic incidents, 32 alarm calls, five abandoned vehicles, burglaries, five incidents of fraud, five civil incidents, cases of harassment, 19 thefts, nine vehicle prowls, two vehicle thefts, six warrants served, seven noise complaints, one animal call, two incidents of domestic violence, one fireworks complaints, two disturbances, one sex offense, three hit and runs and AA incidents involving at least one arrest.

May 5

DUI: 7:39 p.m., 16100 block of 125th Pl. NE; A 31-year-old Kirkland male was arrested for DUI after being involved in a collision with another vehicle. No one was injured, and the male provided BAC samples of .136 and .130.

Trespass: 4 p.m., 12400 block of 116th Ave.; A 30-year-old male and a 21-year-old female were contacted about trespassing on Taco Time property. The male was issued a one-year trespass warning letter. During contact with the female, she swallowed heroin and was transported to EvergreenHealth hospital. She has an outstanding warrant for dangerous drugs out of Seattle. The female was charged through investigation for making a false statement and obstructing a law enforcement officer. She was also issued a one-year trespass letter.

Domestic: 10:20 p.m., 12600 block of NE 132nd St.; A 36-year-old female stated her boyfriend, a 55-year-old male, grabbed her by the wrist after an argument and pushed her against the kitchen counter, causing her to fall to the ground. The boyfriend was located in bed and taken into custody for domestic violence.

May 8

Domestic: 7:05 a.m., 7500 block of 117th Ave. NE; A 40-year-old female was taken into custody after getting into an altercation with her husband of 16 years and assaulting him. She provided a BAC of .123. One of the witnesses in the case was just nine years old.

May 9

Disorderly conduct: 10:06 p.m., 14400 block of 124th Ave.; A 31-year-old female was arrested for disorderly conduct after hindering aid personnel to treat an overdose patient.

Domestic: 11:49 a.m., 100 block of E Sunset Way, Issaquah; A 32-year-old Kirkland female reported that her boyfriend, a 40-year-old Kirkland male, had pushed her into a wall as she told him not to drive due to him being intoxicated. The female received some red marks and bruising as she was pushed into a key rack. The male was subsequently arrested for DUI by Bellevue PD prior to Kirkland PD dispatch. Bellevue PD booked the male into Issaquah Jail as this is his second offense. The male will be transferred to Kirkland Jail for Assault fourth degree domestic violence charges upon his release from Issaquah Jail.

May 11

Theft: 10:42 a.m., 200 block of Central Way; A 21-year-old male was observed by the owner of the Market on Central concealing two candy bars, a KIT KAT and a TWIX bar worth $2.58. The male selected a canned drink and candy bar from the display and paid for those items, but passed all points of sale to exit the store without paying for the concealed items. The suspect was cited and released on scene.
