Darlene Kiefel Rosenthal

Darlene passed away peacefully at her home October 28, 2016. She was born February 9, 1949.

She graduated Lake Washington High School Kirkland, WA. Darlene retired as the Office Manager from the Ironworkers Apprentice Program where she was always helpful to the new members starting out. She and Bill married July 1970 and had a son Travis. They resided many years in Kirkland before recently moving to Covington.

Darlene had a great sense of humor and really cared about others. She had a love of the Ocean, Golf and her girl weekends.

Darlene is survived by her husband Bill, son Travis, sister Joan Sweeney (Dan), brothers Rolland (Sherry), Mervin (Merri Lou), Palmer (Elaine), and Rod (Mary) Kiefel, granddaughter Karrissa and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her mother Alma, father Casper and brother Duane.

There will be a Memorial Service at All Saints Lutheran Church 5501-148th Ave. NE, Bellevue, WA 98007 at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 19th.
