Wanda Jane Hohnstein

February 28, 1940 ~ May 30, 2009

Wanda Jane Hohnstein, our much loved wife, mom, and “Baba” passed away peacefully Saturday morning May 30, 2009 after a courageous 21 month fight with cancer.Born to Walt and Margot Sorenson in Springfield, OR, she spent the greater portion of her life living in Kirkland, WA with her husband Ken, son Shane, and daughter Heidi. Her grandchildren Colin and Breanna were the pride of her life.Wanda was a homemaker who loved her garden and whose love and faith in God was always a light and inspiration to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all her remaining family and friends.A memorial service will held at Eastside Foursquare Church in Bothell Sunday June 7, 2009 at 3:00 pm.
