He will work to stop the permanent tax of Sound Transit 3 (ST 3) – light rail – because:

• Costs too much – Permanent tax starts at $54B –– the average household of $700,000 will pay an additional $1,000 property tax plus $120 on car tabs and an extra 50 percent on the sales tax.

• ST 3 will only carry 5 percent of all riders and will not reduce congestions

• Rapid bus transit could come a decade earlier and be one/tenth of the cost.

• Sound Transit is obsolete – van pools, Uber/Lyft carry more, cost less and are more flexible to changing demographics.
