The Rebels (0-1 KingCo, 1-4) saw the return of star running back Salvon Ahmed. The senior All-American scored on an 11-yard run in the first quarter and a 74-yard run in the fourth quarter.

Ahmed finished with 139 yards on 14 carries, also catching three passes for 22 yards.

Junior DJ Worcester started his third consecutive game and completed 20 of 30 attempts for 141 yards and one touchdown — a 37-yard strike to senior Dean Sise. The big tight end finished with nine receptions for 93 yards.

Bellevue (1-0, 1-1) led 28-7 at halftime.

Next, Juanita is scheduled to continue conference play with a rivalry showdown against Lake Washington High on Friday, Oct. 7 at Bergh Field.
