The 16th annual Peter Kirk Golf Classic, put on by the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, will be held July 28 at Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond.

The scramble event is $100 per person to enter, which includes lunch, dinner, golfing fees and the chance to win various door prizes and awards. There will be first, second and third place trophies for the event, along with awards for the longest drives, hole in one contest and closest to the pin.

The tournament starts with registration at 10 a.m. with the chipping and putting contest to follow. The shotgun start for the scramble is 1 p.m. with the dinner and awards ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Individuals will be assigned a foursome by the event coordinators. Pre-registration and payment must be made by July 21.
