Juanita falls to Mount Si in conference meet | Track and field

The Mount Si boys and girls track teams beat Juanita last week. The Wildcats girls team won with 82 points, while Juanita had 63. In the boys competition, Mount Si had 88 points while Juanita had 57.

In the boys meet, Michael Przystupa won the long jump with a leap of 18 feet 2.75 inches. He also won the triple jump competition with a combined distance of 37’8.5. Teammate Vincent Ly took the 110 meter hurdles title with a time of 16.14 seconds. Alex Wallin won the 300 meter hurdles in 41.58, while Travis Marshall took the 100 meter dash in 11.31 seconds. Austin Hiliker won the 400 race in 53.62 and the Rebels 400 relay team won with a time of 44.5 seconds.

On the girls side Kate Cryderman won bot the shot put (34’2) and discus events (102’0) while Molly Grager was the high jump champion with a 5’5 leap. Kalia Bass won the 100 hurdles in 17.11, and the 300 hurdles in 50.79. Alanna Coker won the 100 meter races in 12.54, the 200 race in 25.53, while Reggi Lammers had a 1:05.76 time to win the 400 meter race. Niki Love was first in the 1,600 meter race with a time of 6:16.7 and the girls relay team in the 4×800 race won with a 1:51.56 time.
