The Juanita High School girls basketball team defeated Holy Names, 61-39, on Tuesday at Chief Sealth High School during the 2A/3A KingCo tournament.

The Juanita High School girls basketball team defeated Holy Names, 61-39, on Tuesday at Chief Sealth High School during the 2A/3A KingCo tournament.

The Rebels pounded the Cougars 34-16 during the first half and never looked back.

Juanita was led by Tea Adams with 29 points

Rebels Jaisa Nunn (11 points) and Natalie Kalda also led the team in scoring. Nunn also finished with a double-double by leading all players with 19 rebounds.
