The Juanita softball team blanked Sammamish Friday at home, 10-0, as starting pitcher Kylie Sparks gave up just two hits over five innings for the victory.

The Rebels scored three runs during the first inning and never looked back. Juanita posted three more runs during the fourth, one during the fifth and three during the bottom of the sixth to end the game early.

Brooke Rychard and Aliah Sweere both blasted a home runs during the contest for Juanita. Rychard and Lexy Faist each went 3-for-4 at the plate, as Sweere collected three RBI.
