The Juanita High School volleyball team swept Sammamish 3-0 behind a hot start on Wednesday at home.

The Rebels ripped the Totems during the first game 25-13. But Sammamish would not go down easy, losing by just three points during the second game and forcing an extra point 26-24 during the third game.

Sarah Brennan and Lauren Friend combined for 19 kills during the match and Maria Encisco led the Rebels with 20 assists. Brennan had 12 digs on defense.

Juanita will travel to Bellevue to take on the undefeated Wolverines at 7 p.m. on Monday.
