The Kirkland Crossfit team recently won the 2011 Northwest Crossfit Regionals competition. Team from six states, including Washington, Wyoming, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and Montana competed over three days, doing six various workouts. The competition took place at the Puyallup Fairgrounds.

With the win, the Kirkland team will head to the International Crossfit Games in July in California.

The team includes Kirkland firefighter Josh Pratt.
