The Lake Washington boys basketball team made quick work of Ballard Friday with a 72-49 victory at home. The Kangs first-half play gave them a nine-point lead but the biggest quarter for offense came during the third as they scored 28 points. Three players, Ryan Guisness (17), Sean Frankenfield (10) and Darien Nelson-Henry (10) led Lake Washington in scoring.

The Kangs will host Issaquah at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
