The Lake Washington High School girls basketball team defeated Kennedy, 58-38, on Thursday in Kirkland.

The win evens the Kang’s season record at 1-1 after losing to Eastlake, 58-38, on Monday during the season opener.

Lake Washington will next take to the court at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday at Interlake High School in Bellevue.
