The Lake Washington High School boys basketball team lost to O’Dea, 81-64, during a Sea-King district tournament contest on Saturday in Seattle to end its season.
Lake Washington struggled to gain any momentum during the first half, falling behind 41-33 by halftime. The Kangs played well during the third quarter, cutting the lead to just five points but the fourth quarter belonged to the home team. O’Dea finished on a 20-8 run.
Lake Washington was led by Griffin Barker and Sahil Basra with 13 points each, while teammates Abi Kameric (12 points) and Sam Linsky (11 points) finished in double figures.
The loss ends Lake Washington’s season with a 15-8 record overall.
