Vashon plugged away in the second half, adding goals to their score to close the gap to a 9-6 game going in the fourth quarter. But Lake Washington held on to the lead to take the game in the fourth, adding two more to their total.
Cooper Ramstead scored a personal high of four goals in the game, with an assist, while Hank Schamle had three goals for the Kangs. Cody Bernstein put in two goals for the team, while Carson Brown added two. Goalie Jonah Friedl had 12 saves in the match.
