The Lake Washington High School girls soccer team shutout Juanita, 1-0, on Tuesday.

The Kangs only goal came just before halftime, as Hannah Molholt passed the ball to teammate Kaitlin Holldrof, who put it into the back of the Rebels’ net.

Micheala Powers earned the shutout in goal for the Kangs.

With the win, Lake Washington (3-3) jumps over Juanita (2-3-1) in the 3A KingCo standings and into fourth place.
