Lake Washington baseball stayed alive in the postseason with a 6-1 victory over Garfield in a 3A KingCo-Metro playoff game on Thursday at Bannerwood Park in Bellevue.

Travis Lee had one hit and two RBIs, Torin Montgomery had one hit and two RBIs and Jesus Vizcarra had one hit and one RBI for LW, which will next play on Saturday at a time and place to be determined in a 3A Glue Crossover, District2-District 5/8.

The winner advances to state and the loser is out.
