MaxPreps named Juanita softballer Kristina Warford its West Region NFCA player of the week for April 24-30.

Guiding Juanita to three victories, Warford was 9-for-11 with seven extra-base hits, 16 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Her five doubles, triple and homer attributed to a 1.727 slugging percentage. In a 30-15 triumph over Interlake, Warford was a perfect 5-for-5 with four doubles, eight RBIs and six runs scored, all season highs. She drove in six more runs with a double and long ball as the Rebels topped Mercer Island, 13-3. Warford capped off her amazing week, with a triple, two RBIs and two runs scored in a 15-0 blanking of Sammamish.
