Redmond will play the Roosevelt/Garfield winner at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Southwest Athletic Complex in Seattle.
“We have strong pitching with the return of senior Tori Bivens and sophomore Jane Wilson. We’ve got some power in the line as well with Bivens, senior Marissa Ewald and others. We play best when we have fun and stay loose,” said LW coach Tracie Tawney about this season.
“Postseason looks good as we start up districts this week. (We) know the competition will be getting better as we go. We’ll focus on making adjustments in the box.”
